In my county in California, was the police called to Costco (store), because there was only 18 months old are in a closed car. They waited over half an hour to return to the mother. I was 8 items in your shopping cart. After a conversation with her mother, she could go !!!!!!!..... with the baby. I thought it was illegal to do so. Does anyone know?
