Starting from the top of the feet. I have in my stomach that did not result in what seems their little pin pricks, they are bright red and look very deep, no idea what that is? I have not always had, and not like normal spots

Not sure you can make you break may be allergic too. I am allergic to certain detergents and wash when I do something with dyes, perfumes, I have red spots and I think it's a cross between a certain type of bacteria and acne outbreaks. If you can do not worry about it, consult a doctor so they can better diagnose, but it seems like a reaction or skin rash to be something that your body does not like.
