Slow motion video/audio lag on linux? HELLPPP!? - video slow motion on linux

I installed Ubuntu Linux on my PC, and I deleted some programs that need later to finish. Videos on YouTube, and videos stored on the hard work of the audio and video in slow motion. I ended up reinstalling Linux for the second time, left everything as is, and the third session with my computer, read its opening, and any other video or audio / image slowly. Can someone tell me how to solve this problem and, if possible, tell me how this problem has increased.
